This event is designed to help you set clear intentions for the upcoming year by creating a personalized vision board—a vibrant collage of your dreams and goals. Through guided reflection and creative expression, you'll tap into your manifesting power and embrace the limitless possibilities of what's to come. All supplies are provided; just bring yourself and your imagination (and maybe a friend!). All ages are welcome. $16/pp

What to Expect in our Group Sessions
Music Medicine with Carla Kelly: Bring your yoga mat/blanket, to lay comfortably on the floor while being immersed in the healing music to empower and heal your mind, body and soul. The healing music will be intuitively channelled by Carla Rose Kelly to help bring you clarity, let go of stresses, tensions, anxieties, and pains. Music Medicine could include vocals, keys, drumming, flutes, harp, rain sticks, etc. Experience the incredible power of Music Medicine and its profound ability to heal and empower you!
Acupuncture with Patti-Ann: A therapeutic mini-retreat! While laying relaxed in a peaceful environment an experienced Registered Acupuncturist will gently insert tiny needles into the skin. You will have time to let go and experience the benefits that acupuncture can offer. Acupuncture can provide relief to many aspects of the body which can include, but are not limited to: soothing the nervous system, calming the mind, improving sleep, enhancing the immune system, balancing hormones and aiding in pain relief. If anyone prefers acupressure instead, that can be done as well.
Reiki with Kim Genovese: Enjoy a Reiki Treatment to clear unwanted energy and settle in to a gentle hands on channeling of healing Reiki energy. Allow yourself to relax and recharge with with healing treatment. The Reiki Restorative class -a mellow restorative yoga practice infused with reiki healing energy. A nurturing experience for the mind, body and spirit. Kim is a Reiki Master and Yoga Instructor (E-RYT500) who has been teaching for over 15 years.
